– FIREPITS are NOT allowed by the City of Toronto. You are not permitted to have a fire pit. If the firetruck is called out to your yard, the fine is about $400.00.
– I have received several complaints concerning – members putting garbage in someone else’s bin. Please use your own bin. Thank you
– Please respect your neighbours. Remember – you live in close proximity to your neighbours. Some of the items you may wish to consider in being a good neighbour are:
Pick up garbage around your house, particularly if it comes from your house;
Respect your neighbours boundaries. For example, their vehicle, your mutual front lawn, driveway, etc.
Noise. Remember that loud music and loud talking – particularly late at night – is not appreciated by everyone.
– DO NOT PAINT THE NEW FENCES.
